With over 745 units on 43 floors this Waikiki landmark condo / hotel. Managing such a large building with over 1000 tenants and hotel guests is not without its challenges. Our Smell Better team was called in to help solve some odor problems the building had been struggling with for years. From cooking odors to trash smells permeating through the hallways. Our solution included connecting a tube from our large area diffuser directly into their trash shoot which sends constant scent up the shoot. Instead of opening the door to the trash shoot on each floor and smelling garbage, tenants now smell a nice citrus scent. We also placed three of our small area diffusers on each floor to combat the cooking odors. The result, happy tenants, less complaints to management and another satisfied client for Smell Better Hawaii.
